Does this come with the hardware?

We provide you with 1x Therapy swing, 1x extension strap, 1x connection rope & 1x steel lock. Please note that the ceiling hook is sold separately from the Therapy Swing

What is the maximum ceiling height for this swing?

Our swing can be hung from any ceiling of any hight. The connector strap can be adjusted according to height preference.

Can I use this outside too?

Yes! If the weather is favourable you can hang it even from a tree branch.

Is this really secure and can a novice install it?

It is secure up to the maximum load weight of 200lbs (91Kg). It is an easy set-up.

How durable is the fabric?

The fabric is very durable. Please avoid the fabric from rubbing against the floor as it could result in damages.

What is the recommended floor-to-swing distance?

Please allow for 12-18 inches off the ground as it does tend to stretch when you get in.
